The Quinte & District Real Estate Board has released their monthly statistics for November 2010. Sales in November 2010 has decreased by 6.5% compared to November 2009 however sales for the year to date have increased by 4.5% compared to the same time last year. According to the press release from the Quinte & District Real Estate Board, the number of listings to August 31, 2008 have increased by 15.7% compared to the same time in 2007. The number of listings for the month of August 2008 have decreased by 3.1% compared to August 2007.

Dollar sales for the month of June 2008 decreased by 22.1% compared to the same time in June 2007.
The number of new listings, year to date, increased 16.3% from 3,964 in 2007 to 4,611 in 2008.
