Quinte & District Real Estate Board Update

According to the press release from the Quinte & District Real Estate Board, the number of listings to August 31, 2008 have increased by 15.7% compared to the same time in 2007. The number of listings for the month of August 2008 have decreased by 3.1% compared to August 2007.
The sales to August 31, 2008 have decreased 16.9% while the residential listings have increased by 75.9% compared to this time last year.
Prudent Buyer’s seem to be restricting their offers to those properties which are accurately listed at current Fair Market Value.
