Whether buying or selling a house, it is important to know what is going on with the real estate market.
The number of Residential sales in 2008 continues to reflect a decrease over 2007, due in part to an unusually harsh winter however Average Residential Sale price continues to rise.
The number of new listings has increased 13.2% from 471 in 2007 to 533 in 2008. There are currently 1,381 active residential listing, an increase of 8.1% compared to 2007.
