Trish Belford : *Real Estate Salesperson

A Proven Competitor

I started playing tennis competitively from a young age.  I excelled quickly and spent most of my youth travelling the globe playing pro tennis.  At the age of 16, I made a wise decision that school was most important and was offered a full scholarship for tennis, to the University of Texas, where I attended.

After University, I was recruited by one of Canada's largest Advertising Companies.  For over 5 years, as a Project Co-ordinator, I mastered my marketing abilities with many of our company’s high profile clients.

I know what it takes to make my clients stand out of the crowd.  I will provide both my sellers and buyers with the competitive edge they need.

My referral based business has climbed rapidly and is now 85% of my sales each year.  This is an indication of my commitment and first class service.

For me, my clients are not dollar signs, they are friends.  My focus is not the sale; it's my dedication to you for life.  From clients to friends is my number one goal.

Well… here I am, encapsulated in a few lines.

I’m a Belleville boy – born and raised.  I was educated at BCI and Loyalist College and have spent most of my working life making friends from customers.  I am a past member of the Board of Director’s for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Hastings and Prince Edward counties – a very worthwhile community organization.  I’ve been a drummer for over fifteen years and abuse myself from time to time by navigating the local trails by mountain bike.  I thrive on and will not back down from the challenges that mountain biking presents (despite the scrapes and bruises) and have learned the value of tenacity as a result – both on and off the trails.

In my working life, I've benefited from my interaction with and exposure to all walks of life.  I enjoy problem solving by bringing my dry sense of humour and personable sensibility to some of the craziest situations you could imagine.  I live for and defend fairness, honesty and trust.  Interestingly enough, those same values define how I treat each and every one of the clients I serve, forging friendships along the way.

I’m so excited to be working with Trish and her successful team of real estate professionals and am
looking forward to bringing my “A” game to help you realize your dreams of home ownership.

"Home is where the heart is."  This quote best describes me.  I love living in Belleville where I am surrounded by the love and happiness of my family and friends.  The people who know me best would describe me as fun, understanding and sometimes... off my rocker.  My educational background in Business Administration and Human Resources has given me the opportunity to gain many years experience in the hospitality industry, including Cruise lines and hotels.  As your Real Estate Professional, it's not only important for me to help you find your perfect home, but to also make the whole experience enjoyable and overall fun.

Suzanne Lisowski: Real Estate Salesperson and Licensed Assistant to Trish Belford*

I am our team's bilingual agent offering our clients a French alternative.  My career as a nurse in the health care field prior to real estate shines through now in my 12 years of real estate experience and "my always there to help" mentality, making my adventures with clients always a great one.

Becky: Team Office Manager

I was born in Pembroke, Ontario into a military family and we were fortunate to only move a few times within the province, and spend 5 years in Germany. I spent 9 years as an Officer in the Canadian Forces and was posted to Kingston. To bring things full circle, I married into the military, as my husband is a serving member of the Canadian Forces. My husband, our daughter and I share a newly purchased home within the Quinte region with a very high spirited dog.

I have spent the majority of my life as a student and I love to learn! I completed a Bachelor of Science Degree while attending the Royal Military College of Canada and after leaving the forces I received my Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto. I have a thirst for obtaining knowledge and enjoy taking academic courses to keep my skills current. I am also fluently bilingual and will help both Trish and you in French should it make you more comfortable.

For fun, I am a card shark who loves to play both card games and board games. Otherwise, I am highly addicted to Sudoku, and am usually found sitting with a large book of puzzles and my pencil and eraser. I also enjoy reading, scrapbooking and turning our first home into a constantly changing rainbow of colours!

I know how stressful and exciting it can be when purchasing a home (and can only imagine how stressful the sale of a home can be) and I will do my very best to help you in your time of need. I look forward to meeting and assisting you and Trish in this exciting transition in your life!
